Proctor PlazaPark is located in the Heights historic neighborhood of Norhill.
Friends of Proctor Plaza is Proctor Park's advisory committee (PAC). The PAC works in conjunction with the Houston Park's and Recreation to help keep our park fun, clean, and safe to be in and around.
